Have you experienced discrimination at work?

Now you have the power to help end anti-transgender discrimination on the job. Congress is considering federal legislation outlawing LGBT discrimination in the workplace. But we still need your help to persuade lawmakers in Washington that LGBT job discrimination is a problem that demands immediate attention. Stories of discrimination put a public face on the issue and help change opinion. We need to hear from people who have been fired or refused a job because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Have you been discriminated against or harassed at work because you are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (LGBT) or because your boss or coworkers thought you were? Or have you hidden your sexual orientation and/or gender identity because you feared you might be fired? The United ENDA coalition is sponsoring this quick survey and will keep your information confidential, unless you agree that it can be used it in our lobbying and media efforts. Members of Congress need to know how much discrimination lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people face on a day to day basis. Take this short survey and help end employment discrimination.
