New arguments in Muslim Ban 2.0 challenge echo HB 2.0

I went down to D.C.’s federal district courthouse Friday afternoon to hear our esteemed colleagues at Muslim Advocates, Americans United for Separation of Church and State, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights argue their legal challenges to President Trump’s Muslim and refugee ban Executive Order. I wanted to hear the arguments in these cases because they are at the center of the fight to protect the civil rights of all people from an Administration increasingly bent on eroding them.
