We have great news. Today, the Supreme Court preserved the DACA program, which is critical for many LGBTQ immigrants.

DACA stands for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. It's in an important program that allows undocumented people who came to the US before they were 16 years old the ability to hold a get a work permit and be protected from deportation for two years at a time.

About 39,000 LGBTQ people have participated in DACA.

The Trump Administration has been been attacking this vital program, but today, the Supreme Court blocked their latest attempt to discriminate. With this decision, DACA remains strong, providing essential relief to the thousands of LGBTQ immigrants who deserve to feel safe and protected.
