Becoming an NCTE Corporate Member affords your company unique access to NCTE’s policy expertise and advocacy. Membership entitles companies to a variety of benefits, including invitations to special events, access to high-quality training opportunities and speaking engagements, and priority updates on critical state and federal policy proposals.

NCTE currently offers three membership tiers:
Leader ($50,000+)
Members at the Leader Level are vocal allies in the fight for trans rights and are helping pave the way for trans equality in the corporate sector and in their communities. In addition to the benefits offered to Founders and Advocates, Leaders receive priority access to NCTE, including:
- Up to three (3) trainings or speaking engagements annually, featuring an NCTE expert(s)
- Up to ten (10) VIP tickets to the Trans Equality Now (TEN) Awards, NCTE’s annual gala
- Opportunities to receive feedback and guidance on company policies for transitioning in the workplace, gender identity, and/or gender diversity, inclusive of larger HR initiatives
- Up to two (2) opportunities to receive feedback and guidance on sets of company digital assets during Pride Month (June)
- One (1) annual, 60-minute private briefing for 2-3 senior executives on the “State of Trans Rights” with an NCTE policy expert
- Members-only updates on policy proposals in the states and at the federal level
- Opportunities to collaborate with NCTE on a project or program, like the U.S. Trans Survey or NCTE’s Identity Documents Center
- Recognition on NCTE’s website, including a company logo, and written recognition in NCTE’s Annual Report
Advocate ($35,000+)
In addition to the benefits offered to members at the Founder level, Advocates have an insider’s look into NCTE’s programs and projects, including:
- Up to two (2) trainings or speaking engagements annually, featuring an NCTE expert(s)
- Up to five (5) VIP tickets to the Trans Equality Now (TEN) Awards, NCTE’s annual gala
- One (1) opportunity to receive feedback and guidance on company digital assets during Pride Month (June)
- Members-only updates on policy proposals in the states and at the federal level
- Opportunities to collaborate with NCTE on a project or program, like the U.S. Trans Survey or NCTE’s Identity Documents Center
- Written recognition on NCTE’s website and in its Annual Report
Founder ($20,000+)
As inaugural members of NCTE’s Corporate Membership program, Founders receive special access to NCTE’s expertise and advocacy, including:
- One (1) training or speaking engagement annually, featuring an NCTE expert(s)
- Up to two (2) VIP tickets to the Trans Equality Now (TEN) Awards, NCTE’s annual gala
- Members-only updates on state and federal legislative policy
- Opportunities to collaborate with NCTE on a project or program, like the U.S. Trans Survey or NCTE’s Identity Documents Center
- Written recognition on NCTE’s website
