Justice Department Seeks Dismissal of Spurious Challenge to Inclusive Hate Crimes Act

The US Department of Justice this week sought dismissal of a frivolous challenge to the constitutionality of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act.
